We have embarked on a $28M impact campaign to ensure there will always be a ProKids voice to speak for our community’s most vulnerable children. We believe every child deserves a chance at a childhood — join us as we work together to end the vicious cycle of child abuse and neglect throughout our community.
Help ProKids harness the power of our community: learn more about A Chance at a Childhood.
With just over $2M left to raise to meet our $28M goal, Greater Cincinnati can help ProKids make a significant impact in the lives of abused and neglected children — our community’s children — today.
Make a donation today to the area of greatest need, or choose to make a designated donation to the pillar that speaks to you. Your gift makes a meaningful difference to children in foster care. Whether you’re providing kids with a CASA Volunteer’s advocacy, a sleeping bag for summer camp, or if you’re seeding an endowment, you are changing the arc of a child’s life.
Three pillars to help support every child in foster care.
• A long-time home for ProKids with the ability to accommodate existing staff and volunteers as well as future growth.
• A location close to Hamilton County Juvenile Court and Job & Family Services that serves as a convening center for child protection.
• Flexible, welcoming space equipped to host trainings for CASA Volunteers and child protection professionals.
• Recruitment efforts, staff support and training to support additional CASA Volunteers and innovative ways to serve more children.
• Launch innovative training center for everyone who works with our children: CASA Volunteers, staff, and community partners.
• Provide financial support for every child in care to be used for everyday childhood needs and dreams like clothing, dance lessons, or sports.
• Annual returns will fund increased operating costs associated with a new, larger space as well as increased program expansions.
• Focus greater resources on the growing and changing needs of children and continuous quality improvement so ProKids is prepared to meet those needs.
• Provide a foundation of security and support to ensure ProKids will always be here to support children most in need.
