ProKids is proud to act as a hub for organizations across the Greater Cincinnati Area. Within our office, we have several spaces which act as locations for the community to convene, collaborate, and connect.
ProKids Community Hub Spaces:
- The Farmer Family Foundation Community Space & Gathering Center (Made by connecting the following two rooms)

- Cliffside Collaboration Hub (Training Room 1)

Space Guidelines
ProKids is pleased to open its gathering center to our community for collaboration, connection, and learning. These guidelines apply to all employees, vendors, consultants, donors, board, and committee members, as well as guest organizations.
We ask that all those using our space agree to the following:
1. Parking
Parking is validated by on a limited basis and typically only reserved for our ProKids hosted meetings and child protection system partners. When your space use is confirmed, we’ll connect with you about parking options and payments for your guests. Please note that parking is manage by Metropolis at the 222 W 7th Parking Garage, not by ProKids.
2. Availability of Rooms
ProKids prioritizes requests from organizations who are child protection system partners. All users of our space are required provide up to five minutes of program time for participants to learn about ProKids’ vision and mission and how they can get involved with us.
We do our best to accommodate the many requests we receive and to balance them with our internal needs. If a need supersedes your room reservation request, we will let you know a minimum of 10 business days before your event and do our best to suggest an alternate location.
3. Audio/Visual Capabilities
All our rooms are A/V-equipped, designed to be compatible with all devices, and user-friendly and intuitive to use with a few steps. Typically, a member of the ProKids staff can help you get set up when you arrive.
4. Catering and Trash
The ProKids office has a robust café space available for use. Catering is your responsibility during your event, we are happy to provide suggestions though. Please return the room to its original state: this includes clearing and wiping down tables, disposing of accumulated trash, loading the dishwasher, and taking excess trash and recycling to the dumpsters.
5. ProKids Business Hours
For requests outside of these normal business hours, a staff sponsor will need to be designated and agree to be present for the entire meeting reservation.
ProKids Community Hub Inquiry
Requests from external organizations to host meetings or events of the following nature will not be accommodated:
- Profit-making activities (including the selling, advertising, or promoting of products or services).
- Religious services, or activities designed to celebrate or advance a single religious faith.
- Political activities related to a campaign for an elected office or issue advocacy.
- Social or other occasions which do not relate to ProKids’ mission of providing CASA Volunteer advocacy to Hamilton’s County’s abused and neglected foster care children, or to our vision of finding those children a safe, permanent, and nurturing home.
- Events or meetings where attendees are charged an attendance fee.
- Groups that promote hate, exclusion, antagonism, or malevolence of any kind.
- ProKids reserves the right to decline the request of any group or organization for any reason.
- Absolutely no alcoholic beverages of any kind may be served on the premises.
